Abstract:

  为实现环境友好、绿色高效的纺织品加香整理过程,研究了在无交联剂环境下棉织物对缓释香精载体壳聚糖纳米粒的吸附行为。利用热重分析(TGA)研究了吸附温度、pH值和粒子固含量对棉织物吸附性能的影响,并采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、红外光谱(IR)及X射线衍射(XRD)对其结构进行了表征。结果表明,在无交联剂下壳聚糖纳米粒能有效地附着在棉织物表面并与其发生一定的分子间及氢键相互作用。纳米粒子的吸附作用会导致棉织物纤维的结晶面强度及结晶度指数降低。吸附温度的增大导致附着在棉纤维表面的壳聚糖纳米粒子含量减少;而pH值和粒子固含量的增大均导致棉纤维表面附着的壳聚糖纳米粒子含量增加。研究结果为实现无交联剂绿色加香棉织物过程提供了一定的理论依据。
