Abstract:
针对循环流化床锅炉四管存在的高温磨蚀状况,制备了Cr-Ni-B4C/Cr3C2金属陶瓷型高硬度耐磨蚀涂层。分析了涂层的组织、硬度和结合强度,对比分析了650℃下的磨粒磨损性能及冲蚀磨损性能。结果表明:涂层组织致密,显微硬度HV0.1高于1200,平均结合强度大于35MPa,涂层具有较好的耐磨蚀性能,XRD结果显示涂层中形成了Fe3B、CrB、(Cr,Fe)7C3和Fe3C等硬质相,对涂层起弥散强化作用。
