Abstract:

在本实验中,制备了双模型介孔分子筛,然后用三氨基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)对双模型介孔分子筛进行改性.使分子筛孔道内表面上的羟基被氨基取代.从而作为阿司匹林的运输载体。结果表明.由于氨基取代量的不同,改性后的分子筛的载药量有所不同。同时考察了装载阿司匹林的分子筛组装体在水溶液中的药物释放率。
