Abstract:
提拉法生长的钨酸钆镉单晶CdGd2(WO4)4-δ,晶体具有白钨矿结构,属于四方晶系,晶格常数为a=b=0.5203 nm,c=1.1359 nm。主要缺陷足(WO4)2-空位,晶体中有Gd2+离子。样品的磁性测量质量比磁化强度与温度σ-T曲线,表明晶体具有朗之万顺磁性;但又具有磁各向异性,室温F的x‖=3.5018×10-3,x⊥=3.4403×10-2。电子自旋共振实验也显示出各向异性的特征,有效朗德劈裂因子g∥= 2.1333,g⊥=2.8411。样品的易磁化轴在a-b平面。各向异性的顺磁居里常数C∥和C⊥既与宏观的实验观测量σ有关的;又与Gd2+和Gd3+ 离子的微观的量子数J⊥和J(...
