＜正＞ 心理素质是一个深具中国特色的概念,它具有概括性,平衡性和主导性等特征,较之“情商”、“自我完善”等西方心理学概念,更能反应非智力因素对于个人成长的重要作用。然而,在对心理素质的认识上,人们普遍存在两种倾向。
