睡眠是一种正常的生理现象,它与清醒是人体寤与寐之间阴阳动静对立统一的功能状态。如果长期没有睡眠,就无法维持生命其他活动。失眠主要表现为睡眠时间、深度的不足,不能消除疲劳、恢复体力与精力。
