Abstract:
The paper expatiates how service industry improves its competence by innovation under knowledge background with the help of manufacturing service enhancement research, and as a new profit growth point. It defines manufacturing service enhancement content, and studies inspiration to service innovation from four aspects including re-interpret product concept, improving competitive advantage of distinction, Making product service added-value strategy and coinciding between service innovation and service pattern.
