Abstract：
采用热模拟技术，对于铸件不同模数，就Ｃｒ２７抗磨白口铸铁中的锰、钼、镍（铜）等 合金元素对铸铁硬度的影响进行了研究．对于中等壁厚铸件，找到了合适的Ｃｒ２７抗磨白口的 化学成分和热处理规范．用研制的合金成分生产杂质泵铸件，其使用寿命长．
