实验中观察到水霉活细胞内微粒局域化运动区的存在,给出了微粒在区内不同位置出现几率的直方图,测量了微粒运动的步幅分布曲线。指出细胞骨架网络中除延伸的曲折纤丝外,还存在尺度为μm数量级的小区结构。
