Along　with　the　rapid　development　of　e-government　in　China,　the　e-government　projects　in　some　of　developed　regions　and　key　cities　have　gradually　entered　the　large-scale　application　and　operation　maintenance　phase.　It　is　a　new　challenge　that　how　to　do　well　in　operation　and　maintenance　management　of　e-government　system　in　front　of　us.　Based　on　the　analysis　of　the　status　and　existing　problems　of　e-government　system　operation　and　maintenance,　calculation　of　e-government　system　operation　and　maintenance　costs　have　been　studied　in　this　paper.　The　concentrated　outsourcing　management　of　E-government　system　operation　and　maintenance　also　has　been　proposed.
