Abstract:

In recent years, Ground-coupled Heat Pump System (GCHPS) has been widely used in residential and commercial buildings. But so far there is neither mature design guidance nor basic data for reference about this system in China. In order to make this technology more scientifically and rationally, a 1:1 mode double-U tube GSHPS experimental platform used in a park management office building in Beijing was set up. And the experimental data of this system was obtained from November 2008 to March 2009. This paper discusses the main factors of the 40-meter-deep and 100-meter-deep double-U tube GSHPS, weather condition and the using characters, which could bring great effects on the air-conditioning load, inlet/outlet water temperature of the ground heat exchanger, heat pump units and pumps operation mode of this system. Moreover, the preliminary optimization operation strategies of this system are given by the Transient System Simulation Program (TRNSYS). This paper can also give references for the further study.
