本文研究了陶瓷材料在纯弯曲应力状态下的受拉区和受压区的变形,和弹性模量及泊松比的差异。实验采用四点弯曲、样条上下表面贴正交应变片的方法。结果表明陶瓷材料在弯曲时的拉弹性模量大于压弹性模量,拉泊松比小于压泊松比,而且这种差异随着应力的增加而增加。文中导出了中性层的位置。对于精细陶瓷,当忽略拉、压弹性模量的差异,按传统方法计算弯曲强度的误差不大于5%。
