Abstract：
基于三类独立变量函数的势能广义变分原理,在分片构造待解函数的势能的基础上,建立了有限元新模式,并求得离散方程;当各类变量函数进行适当代换时,由有限元新模式可求得其它类型的模式;在编制大型通用程序系统时,应用有限元新模式是方便的。
