Abstract：
通过开发系统失败的大量资料,论述了需求分析的必要性,并以办公室自动化的设计和实施为例,重点阐述了针对系统环境的特殊性而采取的相应的技术措施.为此提出了基于需求分析的研制数据处理的方法.
