Abstract:
Customer relationship management (CRM) attracts a lot of attention from enterprises all over the world. By studying the whole system, the paper presents the architecture of CRM system and analyzes the two parts of the architecture based on data-mining. Customers' information is first studied and then the employees' information. At last the relationship between them is discussed. The data-mining of the enterprise's native information is very important for its decision and the CRM study should include the enterprise's native information and should compare their native and exterior information. The example is discussed in the data-mining of customers' information and the employees' information.
