Abstract:
This paper deepens the definition of tacit knowledge and dynamic core capacity through literature research, analyzes the connotations and characteristics between tacit knowledge and enterprises' dynamic core capacity, clarifies their relationship, and points out that tacit knowledge is the ultimate source of dynamic core capacity. The article sets up a theoretical model of dynamic core capacity, and uses the model to analyze how dynamic core capacity comes into being. A case study of Qirui Automobile Company proves that dynamic core capacity to great extent depends on tacit knowledge and its utilization of the company.
