Abstract：
本文对用超过滤法处理白蛋白溶液时,可能引起白蛋白变性的压力、流速、温度及pH等因素,进行了初步的试验研究。对引起变性的原因进行了理论分析.认为超过滤法处理白蛋白溶液的运行参数宜为:压力2～3 kg/cm~2;流速小于50cm/s;温度10～20℃;pH5.8～7.2.
