Abstract：
本文提出跟踪旋转法和互补旋转法新原理,把原来只能凭肉眼和秒表进行观测计数的标记影像转速,按一定比例关系,复现于辅助伺服电动机的转轴上,因而可用一般转速计直接测取。这样既免除了试骄人员的视觉疲劳,又保证了测量精度。
