Abstract：
＜正＞ 从本世纪五十年代以来,为了适应生产发展和科学研究工作开展的需要,国外陆续出现了一些计划管理的新方法。这些方法名目繁多,各具特色,但就其基本原理而言,却是大同小异,我国华罗庚教授把它们概括称为统筹方法。
