Abstract：
约瑟夫逊效应远红外探测器是国外为改进红外探测器的某些特性正在大力研究的一种非常规红外探测器。它具有灵敏度高、响应速度快等特点,并可以工作在毫米波、亚毫米波或远红外波段。本文从超导电性的基本理论出发导出约瑟夫逊效应方程式,分析了作为远红外探测器的工作原理和探测器的工艺结构。
