Abstract：
本文提出的诺模设计图,对于确定“晶体管——集成电路——叉指型散热器系统”的有关参数(结温、功率、温升、接触热阻、叉指型散热器热阻及型号),提供了一种迅速、简便和实用的方法。试用效果良好。
