Abstract:

本文应用有限元数值分析的办法,在相同的尺寸及载荷条件下,研究了两种常用石化设备材料(15CrMo及4130X)的裂纹尖端应力场分布及裂纹嘴张开位移曲线。结果显示:裂纹尖端应力场呈现明显奇异性;两种材料的塑性区尺寸相差4.5倍,这是由于屈服应力的差异造成的;15CrMo材料的裂纹嘴张开位移曲线明显高于4130X材料位移曲线,造成该现象的原因是4130X钢的屈服应力较高,裂纹尖端塑性区尺寸较小。
