The　development　of　China＇s　manufacturing　industry　has　reached　an　important　turning　point,　Beijing　advanced　manufacturing　enterprise　is　the　most　representative.　It　is　necessary　to　standardize　the　industrial　chain　of　Beijing　advanced　manufacturing　industry,　and　independently　integrate　the　global　supply　chains.　This　paper　analyzes　the　operation　mode　of　the　supply　chain,　from　the　four　level:　products,　marketing,　service,　logistics,　and　elaborates　the　optimization　countermeasures　of　Beijing　advanced　manufacturing　supply　chain　system　from　three　aspects:　cultural　layer,　strategic　layer　and　tactical　management　layer,　in　order　to　provide　the　reference　about　achieving　win-win　in　the　supply　chain　of　the　advanced　manufacturing　industry.
