Abstract：
结合我国邮轮城市特点,运用主成分分析法对我国邮轮选址的潜在影响因素进行定量分析,选取了能够反应邮轮码头腹地、腹地经济、潜在的内部需求及外部需求、产业特点等指标作为选址影响因素进行研究,从社会经济要求角度分析邮轮港在城市规划中的宏观选择.同时以秦皇岛市为例研究邮轮港选址的可行性,提出秦皇岛邮轮港建设建议.
