Abstract:

  聚电解质能够在微通道表面形成自组装膜,该膜能够改变微通道表面的电渗流,抑制蛋白质分子在通道表面的吸附作用[1]。本实验以微通道表面电荷的变化为基础,利用脉冲流动电势法原位、实时地测定了聚电解质在微通道表面的吸附-脱附动力学,以动力学相关数据对聚电解质膜的形成和稳定性进行了定量评价。
