Abstract：
近年来BIM技术在中国迅速发展并得到大力推广，国家、地方及行业均对BIM技术展开了全面的研究，本文通过对国家和地方政策以及学术研究趋势的整理分析，结合现有文献，对BIM技术在中国推广和应用情况进行综述，重点整理分析了国家地方政策和BIM联盟概况，并对BIM技术未来发展进行展望。
