Abstract:

  近年来,基于硅基的SHJ(silicon heterojunction)电池1、IBC(Interdigitated back contact)电池2 以及TOPcon(Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact)电池3 的转换效率相继突破25%,从而激起了研发硅基太阳能光伏电池的新热潮。相对而言,SHJ 电池的制备流程短、工艺温度低,在制备成本上优势明显,但是其技术难度相对较高。
