Abstract:

  将高分子有机半导体材料poly(9,9-dioctylfluorenyl-2,7-diyl)-alt-co-(1,4-benzo-{2,1'',3}-thiadiazole)(F8BT)旋涂在利用干涉光刻制备的光刻胶光栅的表面,制备了基于DFB微腔的薄膜激光器。利用飞秒激光泵浦探测技术,以400 nm泵浦光激发有机半导体材料F8BT,以超连续白光作为探测光,亦即注入锁定放大的种子光,研究了有机半导体薄膜DFB激光器对注入光脉冲的锁定放大特性及其对光的偏振态和注入角度的依赖关系。图1给出了不同偏振光(TE和TM偏振)脉冲注入情况下锁定放大的动态过程。图2给出了改变注入光入射角情况,注入锁定放大光谱的调谐特性。实验结果从多方面验证了DFB薄膜激光器对注入光脉冲的注入锁定放大特性。
