Abstract：
利用光学方法实现癌细胞或病变细胞的早期低浓度探测是现代生物医学领域的热点研究课题。空芯光纤作为光与物质相互作用的良好平台，提供了极小的横截面积和极长的作用长度，原则上可以实现微升量级的探测灵敏度。
