Abstract:
利用一种新型的微结构悬浮芯特种光纤作为探针,结合激光技术进行低浓度生物荧光标记材料—量子点的荧光光谱表征与传感探测.这种微结构光纤的纤芯直径为1±0.1μm,纤芯的两侧分别是一个有效直径是13μm的微孔,可以作为容纳待测物的微流体通道.
