Abstract:
镍基高温合金的失效机制与材料在应力作用下微裂纹萌生及扩展过程有紧密关联,而合金组织形态分布直接影响到微裂纹的萌生及扩展和最终失稳断裂。本论文利用自主研发的原位扫描电镜拉伸台,对热挤压状态Inconel 740镍基高温合金管材进行室温条件下的原位拉伸断裂行为进行了研究。
