目的个体骨髓脂肪含量(bone marrow fraction)差异会影响QCT基于体模测量骨密度的准确度,进而影响椎体生物力学模型的材料属性,但目前椎体生物力学建模过程并未考虑这一影响。本文通过MRI水脂分离图像获取骨髓脂肪含量校正QCT图像灰度,进一步考虑骨髓脂肪含量对椎体生物力学模型的影响。方法从积水潭医院放射科获取同一患者短期内拍摄的QCT和MRI mDIXON Quant序列。首先,通过手动选取两种模态图像断层平面间的特征点,
