Abstract:
目的从血流动力学角度计算微循环阻力(Rs),通过回顾性分析探究不同狭窄程度下Rs与心肌缺血的关系,并明确其阈值及准确性。方法筛选符合临床指南的患者,并收集生理参数;基于冠脉断层扫面(CTA)进行三维重建,结合狭窄前端血管截面积和长度计算狭窄的压力梯度,获得Rs;以有创FFR为标准评价心肌是否缺血,统计不同狭窄程度下Rs与心肌缺血的关系并评价诊断性能。结果共筛选102名患者(122支狭窄血管),Rm与FFR具有明显相关性,P<0.05;
