Abstract：
介绍了一种新型超精密蜗轮副加工成套工艺,该工艺以＂误差诱导重塑与自我精准抵消＂为核心思想.为实现传动误差的精准检测,开发了机械传动误差检测智能iFMT仪器;研发了嵌入iFMT仪器可实现加工测量一体化功能的新型蜗轮母机;配合刀具、新标准等配套技术,加工得到双面同时达到DIN标准1级精度的超精密蜗轮副.
