Abstract:

受海浪干扰因素影响,螺旋桨负载扰动造成的转矩波动直接影响水下推进电机的振动,进而影响水下噪声.为了降低水下推进永磁同步电机的振动和噪声,在分析螺旋桨负载扰动特性基础上,提出了自抗扰减振控制方法.该方法以自抗扰控制器替代电流环的传统PI调节器,对螺旋桨负载扰动进行观测并对转矩电流进行补偿,可有效抑制相电流谐波进而降低电磁转矩波动.仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性.
