Abstract:
本文针对镍火法冶金流程的碳排放开展研究,利用生命周期评价方法,对比分析了硫化镍火法冶金系统各生产流程的温室气体排放当量.研究结果显示,闪速炉熔炼流程的能耗与碳排放在生产系统总能耗与总碳排放中的占比最高,分别为32.83%和22.96%;熔炼流程和浮磨分离流程的燃料替代技术是控制金属镍生产碳排放强度的关键技术.
