In　this　paper,　we　define　a　new　type　restricted　quantum　group　Uq(sl*2)　and　determine　its　Hopf　Poincar　&　eacute;-Birkhoff-Witt-deformations　U-q(sl(2)(*),　K)　in　which　U-q(sl(2)(*),　0)　=　U-q(sl(2)(*))　and　the　classical　restricted　Drinfeld-Jimbo　quantum　group　U-q(sl(2)(*))　is　included.　We　show　that　U-q(sl(2)(*))　is　a　basic　Hopf　algebra,　then　uniformly　realize　U-q(sl(2)(*))　and　U(q)sl(2)(*))　via　some　quotients　of　(deformed)　preprojective　algebras　corresponding　to　the　Gabriel　quiver　of　U-q(sl(2)(*)).　Moreover,　we　obtain　a　uniform　tensor-categorical　realization　of　U-q(sl(2)(*))　and　U-q(sl(2)),　which　is　consistent　with　the　above-mentioned　Hopf-algebraic　realization.
