Abstract:

一种高介电储能性能的K1/2Bi1/2TiO3基二元无铅陶瓷材料,属于功能陶瓷材料技术领域。通过传统固相法制备了(1‑x)K1/2Bi1/2TiO3‑xBi0.85Nd0.15FeO3的二元系无铅铁电陶瓷,其中0.06≤x≤0.15。引入的Bi0.85Nd0.15FeO3对KBT的相结构和微观局域结构进行调控,具有高储能密度、高效率和高温度稳定性,在大功率脉冲动力系统领域具有良好的应用前景。
