Abstract:

一种基于铂铱介孔合金的NO电化学传感器及其制备方法属于电化学传感器技术领域。本文通过电化学沉积技术在电极表面原位生成介孔铂铱合金纳米颗粒(Pt‑Ir NPs),可实现在生理条件下准确快速地检测NO。介孔通过在电解液中添加辅助性表面活性剂来构建。此外,该传感器还具有线性范围宽、灵敏度高、检出限低、响应时间短、抗干扰能力强等优点,有望在生物医学分析检测领域发挥重要作用,并且具有商业化的潜力。
