Abstract:

本发明提供一种利用金属催化剂协同净化己内酰胺多组分尾气的方法及金属催化剂的制备方法,将包含N2O和叔丁醇、氦气的工业模拟己内酰胺尾气以60~120ml/min的气速通入装载所述金属催化剂的固定床反应器中,在反应温度为300至600℃、常压下进行催化反应。不仅实现了在相对低温下高效稳定地脱除己内酰胺尾气中N2O的目的,而且解决了目前现有技术中己内酰胺多组分尾气中N2O和叔丁醇无法一次性去除的问题,从而缩减废气处理成本。
