Abstract:
一种激光粉末床熔合技术制备高强度Al‑Si‑Mg合金的方法,属于增材制造材料领域。包含S1:Al‑Si‑Mg合金粉末成分设计;S2:筛分Al‑Si‑Mg合金粉末;S3:Al‑Si‑Mg合金粉末干燥处理;S4 : 成型参数设计;本发明通过Er、Zr微合金化并且调控Si、Mg含量,优化LPBF成型参数,细化胞晶尺寸。提高了LPBF制备Al‑Si‑Mg合金的应变硬化能力,屈服强度可以达到370MPa以上。
