Abstract:

一种钙基调理剩余污泥制备高生物有效磷热解炭的方法,属于污泥资源化处理处置领域。利用热化学平衡分析法,模拟不同调理剂与污泥共热解过程中磷的转化路径。基于模拟结果,将剩余污泥与设定比例的碳酸钙和氯化钙粉末进行共热解,制备热解炭,基于SMT化学提取法分析热解炭中磷的含量,基于BCR顺序浸提法评估热解炭中重金属稳定性,确定高生物有效磷热解炭最优的制备条件。本发明在污泥热解过程的基础上,通过热平衡反应模拟污泥与钙基调理剂共热解的反应路径,确定热解温度、调理剂类型和钙基调理剂比例,促进污泥中高生物有效磷的最大转化,实现了污泥中重金属钝化,解决了污泥资源化利用过程中无害化不彻底和磷资源生物有效性低的问题。
