Abstract:

本发明提供一种基于氢气气道喷射的主动射流点火装置及控制方法,具体内容涉及一种基于氢气低压喷射实现预燃室内氢气浓度与燃烧强度主动调整,及基于氢主动射流装置实现向主燃烧室掺氢的装置及方法。该装置通过设置旋转气门(2)使从低压氢气喷嘴(5)喷出的氢气进入预燃室(1)并防止预燃室的高温、高压作用到氢气喷嘴,实现了利用低压氢气喷嘴主动调整射流点火装置内混合气组分,通过电子控制单元(8)控制氢气喷嘴的喷射规律可以通过喷孔(9)实现向主燃烧室的掺氢,通过调整氢气喷射与点火可以实现对预燃室与主燃烧室燃烧强度的调整,从而有效提高了低活性燃料与超稀薄燃烧内燃机的着火稳定性、热效率与动力性。
