Abstract:

本发明提供了一种城市固废焚烧过程炉温场域建模方法,包括:根据实际的MSWI过程构建数值模型;根据所述数值模型确定输入变量,并对基于输入变量进行正交试验和多工况实验,得到数值仿真结果;对所述数值仿真结果进行数据预处理,得到虚拟测温;基于DFR‑clfc算法,根据所述虚拟测温构建炉温场域模型;针对所述炉温场域模型进行多维度分析。本发明能够准确预测炉膛内的温度分布,弥补了实际工业过程中热电偶测温数据缺失的局限性。
