Abstract:

本发明提供了一种一步电沉积制备三维交联石墨烯/聚吡咯修饰碳基生物载体的方法,属于生物电化学领域。本发明一步电沉积能够原位将氧化石墨烯还原为石墨烯,将吡咯聚合为聚吡咯,实现三维交联的石墨烯/聚吡咯复合材料修饰于碳基生物载体表面。本发明的方法不仅克服了聚吡咯和石墨烯的缺点,同时具有协同效应使两种材料产生三维交联结构,增大阴极的比表面积,提高了生物相容性,降低了电阻率,实现了提高电子传递效率的技术效果。
