Abstract:

本发明提供一种提高厌氧氨氧化污泥长期耐受盐酸四环素的方法。通过基于nZVI‑C与anammox颗粒污泥耦合实现长期TCH存在下升流式厌氧污泥床反应器(UASB)的稳定运行,结合梯度驯化与重复添加nZVI‑C的方法定向培育可降解TCH的功能菌,并成功培养长期耐受较高浓度TCH的anammox颗粒污泥,利用nZVI、活性碳以及功能菌之间的偶联机制,微生物活性得到强化,增强反应器抗TCH扰动的稳定性。这项技术解决了抗生素对anammox菌的长期生长抑制,为anammox系统处理含抗生素废水的实际应用和推广创造了可能。
