Abstract:

过共晶高铬铸铁初生碳化物细化方法,属于铸造技术领域。以废钢、增碳剂、铬铁、硅铁和锰铁为原料,在中频感应电炉内混合加热熔化,铁水熔清后,加入金属铝脱氧,升温至1564‑1587℃时,取样分析合格后将铁水出炉到浇包。铁水经扒渣、静置后,当温度降至1475‑1488℃,采用消失模铸造方法,将铁水浇入预先放置有泡沫塑料模样的铸型中,泡沫塑料模样中均匀分布悬浮剂。本发明过共晶高铬铸铁初生碳化物显著细化,强韧性和耐磨性显著提升,推广应用具有良好的效果。
