Abstract:

本发明公开了基于疲劳缺口系数的针刺复合材料疲劳寿命预测方法,涉及复合材料疲劳强度理论领域。针刺长纤维增强针刺复合材料由长纤维层、网胎层(即短切纤维层)、针刺纤维束所组成。本发明的方法包括,缺口结构的名义应力计算、考虑基体孔隙的基体弹性参数计算、长纤维层的弹性参数计算、包含针刺纤维束的代表性体积单元弹性参数计算、基于有限元的缺口应力集中系数计算、建立拉伸缺口系数与应力集中系数的关系、建立疲劳缺口系数与名义应力的关系、借助光滑试件S‑N曲线(应力‑寿命曲线)建立缺口疲劳寿命预测方程。所提出方法具有明确的物理意义,可用于包含缺口的针刺复合材料的疲劳寿命预测。
