本发明涉及水泥材料技术领域,提供一种垃圾焚烧飞灰制备的含氯矿物六元体系胶凝材料及其制备和应用,按质量百分数计,该胶凝材料包括:硅酸二钙16.44~71.23%、Ca2SiO3Cl20.6~2.6%、Ca3SiO4Cl21.42~2.46%、七铝酸十二钙4.93~9.66%、氯铝酸钙1.21~8.41%、铝酸三钙2.47~5.90%。该胶凝材料是以垃圾焚烧飞灰、石灰石、砂岩和粉煤灰为主要原料压制成型经1025~1250℃进行煅烧,然后急冷到室温得到,该方法既可使垃圾焚烧飞灰中的水溶性氯盐稳定化,且由该胶凝材料与硅酸盐水泥混合制成含氯矿物‑硅酸盐复合水泥具有凝结时间缩短、强度提高的特性。
