Abstract:

本发明公开了一种消除中硼硅药用玻璃浮渣的方法及玻璃熔窑结构,玻璃熔窑所用能量由气态燃料和电能提供,电能提供熔化用能的60%‑80%,气态燃料提供熔化用能的20%‑40%且气态燃料燃烧所用氧源为空气;在玻璃熔窑预熔区和澄清区中垂直于玻璃液的流向而横向布设多排第一组电极和多排第二组电极;在玻璃熔窑冷却区中沿玻璃液的流向而纵向布设一排第三组电极。本发明采用空气燃烧可大幅降低烟气的水汽浓度,避免水汽与硼挥发物、碱挥发物形成的反应物对窑炉设施的侵蚀;减少气态燃料在玻璃熔化中的用能比例,可有效减少硼挥发或碱挥发,使浮渣生成数量得以显著降低;通过电极布置方式解决玻璃液分层及避免浮渣进入生产流。
